AMMS is a highly modular maintenance management system that allows you to "build" just the right system for your needs based on a set of modules and options. Since you don't have to pay a premium for features that you will never use, your acquisition cost goes down, and you get a solution that is perfectly assembled for your particular industry. Once you have implemented the system, you can come back and add modules at any time - they are all fully integrated and interoperable.

With Tool & Instrument tracking, expensive tools and instruments are checked out to specific persons, so that you always know who has them. The Calibration module keeps track of all your calibrations and print calibration certificates. With Asset Tracking, you always know where movable assets are located.

  User Customization
The User Customization System (UCS) makes AMMS the most flexible CMMS / EAM solution on the market, allowing for customized data entry screens, reports, forms, data import/export interfaces and much more. Read more about UCS here.

  Tool & Instrument Tracking
Integrates a sub-set of the TCS Tool Control System into AMMS. Keep track of where all your tools are, who has them, and which jobs they are being used at, without having to maintain a separate tool control system.

 Calibration
The Calibration option allows for the testing of instruments and other devices using up to five different standards. It also allows for the storing of information and data associated with those tests for later reference and evaluation.

The Calibration option in combination with the User Customization option allows for the creation of user specific calibration forms and certificates, adjustment of calibration window headings which match user terminology, and adjustment of calibration data output to other programs for analysis.

  Asset Tracking
Tracks the current location of movable assets, who moved them and when they were moved. Keeps a record of previous locations.

  Work Request
Provides an interface for work requests which must be approved before becoming new Work Orders. For example, let a help desk attendant enter all call-in and walk-in requests as work requests. Then have a manager review them later and, if approved, make them into work orders at the touch of a button.

  Web / Email Request
Web Request allows any authorized person to submit and get status on Work Requests via any web browser. Can also be set up to submit Work Orders, Parts Requests and Purchase Orders. If you don't want to set up a web site to handle Web Requests, the Email Request option allows anyone to send email to a designated mailbox. AMMS will then convert the emails into Work Requests which can then be reviewed by a manager.

  AMMS Mobile / Barcoding
With AMMS Mobile, each employee carries a PocketPC or Palm PDA with them. They can create Work Orders on-the-fly, issue parts, check out tools, track assets, perform meter readings, and much more. At the end of their shift, they simply synchronize the PDA with AMMS to update the database. With the wireless version, they can update the database in real time, as well as look up information live from the AMMS database. With barcoding, you can create barcode labels for Equipment numbers, Part numbers, Room numbers, etc. which you can then scan to make data entry quick and precise.
